Booking Policy
Wedding services can be rescheduled by the client at the companies, with a minimum of a 4-week's notice, and are only available to be changed if the new date is available on the company calendar. If the new date is not available on the client calendar, the retainer is nonrefundable. The other 65% of your invoice is due 3 days before the wedding day.
payment options
Weddings aren’t cheap. It’s a well-known fact.
After being a bride myself and working in the bridal industry since 2012, I believe that finding ways to help couples find ways to manage their finances is crucial. Any reservation will be required to provide a 35% deposit on the final invoice total. The remaining 65% is due within 3 days of the event date, and I allow my clients to tell me how they would prefer to accomplish that.
I’m also happy to discuss a personalized payment option for you based on your timeline, budget, etc. So please don’t hesitate to reach out! But please be aware that a 3% deposit is non-negotiable by each client to officially set your event on the NZ Artistry calendar.
